Contacts setup

Create a Contact

Tickets will be assigned to Contacts, if a contact doesn't exists, it could be created in two scenario's:

Create a Contact automatically

If a new User is setup and logged in succesfully for the first time, a Contact will be created automatically and will be linked to the user created.

Create a Contact manually

If a Ticket need to be assigned to a Contact whose user is not yet set up, a Contact could be created manually using the Contacts page. The email address set up for this Contact will be linked to the user to be set up.

TIP! Agents can share each other's Tickets and Comments.
