Accounts Configuration Rules

Contact kinds

An account could have multiple contact kinds and could be set up in multiple ways.

Using the Contact form, [Admin] > [User & Accounts] > [Accounts], click on the appropriate account and select the tab [Contacts] and click [Add contact].

From this screen there are two options:

TIP! Add a new account contact for an existing Account Contact Kind.

  1. Select a contact kind from the drop-down that is system default predefined.
  2. Type a unique contact kind

INFO! A new account contact kind will be created, but will not be added to the system's default drop-down.

To manage the Account Contact Kind dropdown, navigate through [Admin] > [Settings] > [Accounts] > [Contact kinds] and add to the system default predefined Account Contact Kinds as shown below.
